LATABORREA BI is a holiday cottage adjacent to another holiday cottage (G152290), located 1 km from the village of Sare and 14 km from Espelette and St. Jean-de-Luz.
Spanning two levels, it consists of:
On the ground floor:
- a living area with a fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave), dining area, and sitting area (pellet stove)
- a sunroom with outdoor furniture and a plancha grill
- a bathroom with shower and toilet
Upstairs:
- 2 bedrooms, each with one 160-bed
- 1 bedroom with two 90-beds
- a bathroom (shower and bathtub, washing machine)
- a toilet
For your comfort, the beds are made on arrival, and bath and household linens are included.
Reversible heating/air conditioning and pellets for the stove are included, as is housekeeping included.
Wi-Fi internet access is available.
The veranda, equipped with patio furniture and a plancha grill, allows you to enjoy meals outdoors in any weather. There is a small garden with lounge chairs at the back of the house.

The LATABORREA BI holiday cottage is ideally located for exploring the coast and the interior of the Basque Country. Hiking trails and attractions such as the Petit Train de la Rhune are nearby. The beaches of St. Jean-de-Luz are 14 km away.
