L'Aparté, a gîte truly in a class of its own...

L'Aparté is a spacious, comfortable gîte on the 1st floor of an old corn dryer renovated in 2024.
Located in the village of Sames, it's close to the owners' house and on the banks of the Bidouze, a tributary of the Adour.
The site is ideal for rest and relaxation.
You can park your car in front of the property and access the gîte via a separate entrance.
The 70 m2 apartment comprises :
- a living room with fully-equipped kitchenette (induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge), living room and sitting area
- bedroom (1 x 160cm bed)
- shower room, washing machine and small freezer
- separate toilet
The gîte opens onto a covered terrace with garden furniture, where you can enjoy the view of the pool, garden and Bidouze river.
For your comfort, the bed is made up on arrival, and towels and household linen are provided. Reversible winter/summer air conditioning.
Baby equipment available on request.
TV and wifi internet connection.
The heated swimming pool is shared with the owners and is open from April to October, weather permitting.
You'll be staying 35 km from the Basque Coast, 45 km from the beaches of the Landes region and 30 km from Dax.
So you can discover the Pays Basque, Béarn and Landes.
