Recently renovated detached house, 20 minutes from the cities of Pau and Oloron Ste Marie, on the way to the Pyrenees.
Pleasant setting, on the slopes of the Jurançon Vineyard. Functional, single-storey Holiday cottage. Above-ground Piscine.
-Bright living room opening onto terrace:
-Well-equipped kitchenette (induction hob - electric oven - microwave - fridge-freezer - dishwasher)
-Living room, sitting area (TV, SFR WIFI box, SFR bouquet channels - telephone, Telework possible)
-3 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 1 bed 140, 2 beds 90)
-Bathroom (Italian shower, 2 basins)
-Separate WC with washbasin.
Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided.
Storeroom (washing machine). Baby bed and high chair available. Shed with ping-pong table.
Garden furniture under south-facing pergola. Hard barbecue on terrace. Boules pitch. Board games.
Electric heating and air-conditioning (dayroom heat pump/reversible air-conditioning - electric convector heaters in bedrooms and shower room).
Wood supplied for wood-burning stove (a charge will be made according to consumption).
Parking on the property, secured by electric gate. Equestrian center within walking distance.
Pet welcome (1 per stay at extra cost). 1500 m2 grounds with shelter (enclosed by low wall and gate on road side - open onto meadows).

    vacances au calme

    très bon gîte au calme. Les seuls voisins que nous avons vu étaient les très beaux chevaux du haras d'à côté. Tranquillité absolue, bel environnement. La maison est très bien, l'accueil des propriétaires parfait et très convivial. Très réactifs en cas de problème. On se sent comme à la maison. Je recommande.

    Séjour super agréable en campagne

    Un accueil chaleureux. Le soir de notre arrivée le propriétaire avait déjà allumé le poêl au bois pour chauffer le salon. Le gîte était parfait pour notre séjour. Bien plaçé et nous pouvions joindre facilement les routes pricipales pour faire visiter l'environnement.
    Tout au calme ; superbe vue ; trés bien équipé et renové avec bcp de gout nous pouvons vraiment recommender cette adresse.
