Tastefully renovated detached house with restored stonework and beams. Quiet area on the heights, away from the village, facing the Pyrenees.
Ground floor:
- Living room with kitchenette and dining area, opening onto covered terrace
Electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, induction hob, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster. TV, radio/CD player.
- 1 bedroom (1 bed 140). En-suite shower room (shower and washbasin). Sheets and towels available for hire.
- Washing machine. Separate WC.
First floor: Mezzanine sitting area (TV, BZ 140 sofa for extra sleeping on request).
30 m2 terrace, mostly covered, for all-season enjoyment. Garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue.
Sloping wooded grounds of 700m2 to the rear of the house (ramp access).
Electric heating extra. Unenclosed courtyard for car parking (sloping access).

    Ilot de trnaquilité

    Charmante maison très bien équipée, et joliment décorée, tout est prévu pour passer un excellent séjour, cadre idéal pour se ressourcer avec sa terrasse et son jardin, et quand le temps le permet une très belle vue sur les Pyrénées :). Accueil au top.

    Gite très agréable bien aménagé dans un endroit calme. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires attentifs et à l'écoute. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir pour un séjour plus long.
