Located 10 km from the Gourette ski resort and 7 km from the center of Laruns, the Maison d'Aas welcomes you with a view of the Ossau Valley mountains.
A fully equipped, air-conditioned apartment has been furnished for all-inclusive stays year-round.
This house includes a unit reserved for the owners located below your holiday cottage (rarely occupied, except when they’re there to welcome you on weekends).
Two covered terraces with breathtaking panoramic views await you: one adjacent to your holiday cottage (equipped with a plancha grill), the other below the house at garden level (a few steps down) equipped with lounge chairs for you to relax after your hikes (covered storage for your ski gear and boots).

This fully renovated accommodation is located on the top floor of the house.
Access is via an interior staircase reserved exclusively for you (there is a private apartment on the ground floor).
From the parking lot, you’ll need to descend some stone steps to reach the entrance.

- Living room (TV with Canal+ access, small stereo with CD player and Bluetooth speaker, 4G Wifi Internet),
- 2 bedrooms (2 beds measuring 160x200 and 1 bed 90x190). Bathroom (2 sinks, 1 shower, washing machine). Separate toilet.
- Baby gear, books, games, raclette and fondue sets, Senseo and filter coffee makers, kettle, toaster, and Sodastream round out the amenities.

PEACEFUL STAYS AT NO EXTRA COST: Electricity usage (heating and air conditioning) included within reasonable limits, beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided, and cleaning upon your departure.
Two covered terraces (20 m² each) and a sloping lot (1,300 m², with a gate and fence) located below the holiday cottage.
Pet welcome (1 per stay) but must not be left alone and must be supervised: the Pyrenees National Park prohibits pets, but many other hiking trails are available outside the protected area—please check before you leave.
Free parking along the entire street. On the property, there is space to park one vehicle.
