La Maison Béarnaise is a former lay abbey, typical of the Béarn region, on the heights of Susmiou, a small village 3 km from Navarrenx, classified as one of France's most beautiful villages. The building has been divided into 2 dwellings, as has the garden: your little gîte is on the right-hand side, while the left-hand side is occupied by the owner's mother, a charming lady who lives with her 4 friendly cats. 200 m2 enclosed private garden to the rear, planted with trees and not overlooked. Private courtyard to the side of the Holiday cottage, with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha, parasol. For 4 people, this comfortable Holiday cottage has 3 separate beds, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Ground floor: - Living room with kitchen area opening onto the garden (8-place dishwasher, 4-hob glass-ceramic hob, electric oven and microwave, fridge-freezer). - Lounge area (TV, WIFI Fiber internet connection, Bluetooth speaker and CD player). - 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed). Bathroom (washing machine). Separate WC. 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140, 1 bed 90) with communicating bathroom (shower, washbasin, WC).
