The gîte is adjoining the owners' house, functional and on one level.
You enter via a small covered terrace where you can enjoy breakfast (east-facing).
The living area includes a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, 2-burner gas hob, 2 induction hobs) and a sitting area (TV, RG45 internet connection near the study area).
1 bedroom 1 bed 140 with dressing room. 1 bathroom (shower). 1 toilet (washing machine).
The bed is made for your arrival, towels provided, gas heating included in the price.
Outside, a pleasant shared park and a parking space for your car are at your disposal.
The 2000 m2 grounds are not enclosed and are shared with the owners' 2 hens, dog and cat.
Your small pet is welcome, but will need to be supervised to ensure a good cohabitation for all (only 1/stay).
