Gite on the first floor of the owners' house, with another gite on the ground floor (not overlooked), 1.7 km from Socoa beach and 5 km from St Jean de Luz.
Equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave). Living room, lounge (decorative fireplace). 1 bedroom with adjoining shower room/wc (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds). Bathroom. WC. Cellar.
Gas central heating at an additional cost. Sheets provided, beds made.
Car park. Common unheated swimming pool (10m X 5m). Balcony, private garden in front of the gite and shared garden around the swimming pool.
Possibility to rent towels. Cleaning fee 50€.

Authenticité d'une maison basque.
5/5Hôtes chaleureux, acceuillants et réactifs . Il y avait 1 tres bon gâteau basque et 1 excellente bouteille à notre arrivée. Merci encore. Tres bons contacts.
Gîte spacieux , beau et lumineux. Le seul point négatif est le matelas qui est avachi. Sinon tout est ok.
Proche des commerces et de la plage. A côté de pistes cyclables.

5/5Acceuil chaleureux et généreux par la propriétaire (spécialités du Pays-Basque).
Environnement trés calme, mais à proximité des commerces de SOCOA (Attention le gîte est situé dans la proche périphérie de SOCOA -500m des commerces- mais à 6 km d'URRUGNES).
Gîte confortable, spacieux et bien équipé.
