A typical Soule-style house, located in the heart of the hamlet of Sunhar (featuring an 11th-century chapel worth exploring).
The holiday cottage is near the owners’ farm (tours available).
Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine).
Living room opening onto a terrace, sitting room with fireplace (TV, stereo, DVD player, internet box).
Bathroom (shower, sink), separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 double bed, 3 single beds), bathroom, separate toilet.
Beds made on arrival; bathroom linen and linens supplied.
Terrace under a pergola, enclosed garden, patio furniture, barbecue and outdoor kitchen. Swing. 2 lounge chairs.
Electric heating included. Firewood provided.
Option to rent 2 electric bikes on-site.

Alexavivre Au pied des montagnes
Accueil chaleureux, bienveillant et professionnel.
La chaleur, le soleil étaient au rendez-vous ainsi que la climatisation.
Gîte fonctionnel et confortable, au pied des montagnes souletines; une jolie terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour une 3ème fois.- Cleanliness

Côte d'Orien BOURGUIGNON
Nous avons passé une excellete quinzaine de jours. La situation du gîte est très bien pour découvrir les différents sites de la Soule. L'accueil du propriétaire et de son père fut un moment priviligié d'échange.

Pat 86 Séjour parfait
Très bon accueil de Fabien et de son père, avec un temps superbe où nous nous avons pu découvrir tout les lieux emblématiques de la Soule ,vraiment magnifique. Gîte situé dans un petit hameau ,vraiment au calme avec vue sur la montagne et surtout un grand terrain clos où notre berger Allemand a pu se défouler.
