At the gates of the Ossau valley, near the town of Pau, wooded and rural property of 25 ha, facing the Pyrenees.
The Youan gite is an independent house near the owners, without vis-à-vis.
Private heated pool, fenced, 4 x 8, salt treatment. Swing, table football, table tennis, pétanque court.
Ground floor: Large living room with living room (glazed wood stove, lounge area (TV, DVD player). WIFI internet connection.
Equipped kitchen area (microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven and microwave).
Adjoining storeroom (washing machine). WC.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 4 single beds). 1 office room with 1 extra bed in 90.
Beds made on arrival. Bathroom (bath and shower + wc).
Electric heating in supplement. Wood provided at an additional cost.
Carport/covered terrace, south-facing terrace, enclosed grounds, garden furniture, barbecue.

Nous avons été accueillis par des proprietaires fort sympathiques qui sont restés discrets pendant tout le séjour. Les promenades dans cette belle région sont à recommander.

5/5Bon accueil des propriétaires, très discrets tout en étant disponibles..gite très spacieux ,bien équipé ..Nous avons apprécié le calme ,la fraîcheur de la maison lors des fortes chaleurs caniculaires..La piscine fut la bienvenue..région riche en patrimoine,ballades et découvertes. Ce fut hélas des vacances trop courtes pour parvenir à visiter la region mais l'essentiel nous avait déjà émerveillé ..Grand merci Marie et Victor pour leurs échanges et conseils Cordialement Christine et Patrick
