Stay with family or friends in this beautiful Lower Navarre-style farmhouse, renovated into a spacious holiday cottage that can accommodate up to 15 people.
ITHURRONDOA is located in the Basque hills, 12 km from St. Palais.
The holiday cottage is a standalone property located on an active farm (cattle).
Spanning two levels, it consists of:
On the ground floor:
- a large, fully equipped kitchen (stove, dishwasher, microwave) and an adjoining pantry (refrigerator-freezer, washing machine)
- a large living area serving as both a living room and a lounge
- 2 bedrooms, each with a 160-bed
- 1 bedroom with a 140-bed
- a bathroom
- a toilet
Upstairs:
- 1 attic bedroom with 2 140 beds, an adjoining bathroom with toilet, and a living area with a sofa and TV
- 1 attic bedroom with 1 140-bed and 2 90-beds, en suite bathroom with toilet, living area with sofa and TV
- 1 sleeping area with 1 140 bed enclosed by a glass partition
- a mezzanine open to the living room with 1 sleeping area featuring 2 90 beds and a relaxation/reading area
For your comfort, the beds are made upon your arrival.
Bath linens and a cleaning fee are available for an additional charge.
Electric heating is an additional charge (10 kWh/day included in the rental price).

Outside, you’ll enjoy a private, fenced-in pool (8 m x 4 m / depth 1.20 m) with lounge chairs, a covered patio with outdoor furniture, and a barbecue.
Enclosed parking area, large gravel courtyard.
The holiday cottage is located 10 minutes from the Château de Biscay and 15 minutes from the Château de Méharin, both popular venues for weddings and receptions.
The maximum capacity of 15 people must be observed both inside and outside the holiday cottage.
