ITHURRONDOA is located on the Basque hillsides, 12km from St Palais.
The Holiday cottage is independent and located on a working farm (cattle).

First floor :
- a large fully-equipped kitchen (piano, dishwasher, microwave) and adjoining storeroom (fridge-freezer, washing machine)
- a large living room and sitting area
- 2 bedrooms, each with 1 x 160cm bed
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm)
- a shower room
- a toilet
First floor:
- 1 attic bedroom with 2 140 beds, en-suite shower room with wc, sitting area with sofa and TV
- 1 attic bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 2 beds 90, en-suite shower room with wc, sitting area with sofa and TV
- 1 sleeping area with 1 double bed (140cm) enclosed by a glass roof
- a mezzanine open onto the living room with 1 sleeping area with 2 beds 90 and a relaxation/reading area.

Electric heating is extra (10kwh/day included in rental price).
