TINY HOUSE with NORDIC BATH - Stay in the heart of the Pyrenees while respecting the natural environment.

François and Nathalie are delighted to welcome you to one of their 4 Kokoni-K-banes tiny-houses, just a stone's throw from the river, in the small Béarn village of Arette, in the Baretous valley. On site, a sheltered NORDIC BATH, to relax in front of the surrounding mountains. ICI is the family K-bane for 4 people, 40 m2, heated and air-conditioned.
- It features a central space (dining area and lounge area - WIFI connection) opening onto the garden and landscape - A fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, multifunction oven, induction hob, fridge) - A shower room with large Italian shower, basin and toilet - A bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed + 1 x 160cm bunk bed on a mezzanine secured by a net - Bed linen, towels and Housekeeping included.
The large bay window facing the bed lets you enjoy the sunrises over the Mountain. Private south-facing terrace protected by an awning, private garden with barbecue and deckchairs. Free access to shared laundry facilities (washing machine and tumble dryer) and secure bike storage. Possibility of reserving the Nordic bath at extra cost (bathrobes and flip-flops provided) or renting our electric bikes.
Tariffs by way of indication: -bike hire 50€/velo/day-nordic bath (50 euros/stay with unlimited access) Perfectly integrated into its natural environment, the K-bane respects sustainable values and commitments: made from local wood, surface-burnt cladding for chemical-free protection, energy needs covered by photovoltaic panels, optimal natural wood-fiber insulation, untreated interior wood. In keeping with our ecological approach, waste sorting is the rule. HERE, the mountains are grandiose and gentle, the lights beautiful and the seasons flamboyant. HERE, in this Unusual place, it's good to slow down, take time to read in the garden, or go for walks, bike rides, skiing or snowshoeing, which François will advise you on. The village is nearby, accessible on foot by the footbridge over the river (grocery store, bakery, butcher's, Market, pizza).
