The HARITZA holiday cottage is located on the ground floor of the owner's home.
It features a main room with a fully equipped open-concept kitchen (microwave, fridge-freezer), a central island with a sink and a "snack" counter for sharing meals at 4 stools, a living room, 2 bedrooms (1 140-bed and 1 160-bed) each with its own private en-suite bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and a French door opening onto a terrace.
Bed linen and towels are provided. The beds are made.
A baby bed is available, but bed linen is not provided. A high chair is available. Underfloor heating is included.
The holiday cottage opens onto a 25 m² private terrace and a 200 m² garden with patio furniture, a swing set, and a grill.
A cleaning deposit will be required in addition to the damage deposit.
The holiday cottage is not equipped with a charging outlet suitable for electric vehicles. If you use the outlet, an additional fee will be payable to the owners.
The property spans approximately 1 hectare of meadows, bordered by century-old trees.

Pecalu Excellent séjour
Le gîte est dans un environnement très agréable et paisible au coeur de la nature tout en étant très bien localisé pour rayonner entre Saint Jean de Luz et Biarritz et les jolis petits villages autour de la Rhune. Emmanuel le propriétaire est charmant et il nous a très bien accueilli. Le gîte est fonctionnel et les chambres avec les salles de bains très vastes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette région magnifique. Je recommande ce gîte.
