The Holiday cottage HARITZA is located on the first floor of the owner's house.
It comprises a main room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (microwave, fridge-freezer), a central island with sink and a "snack" table for sharing meals on 4 stools, a living room, 2 bedrooms (1 x 140cm bed, 1 x 160cm bed), each with its own en-suite shower room (shower, washbasin, toilet) and French windows opening onto a terrace.
Bed linen and towels provided. Beds are made up.
Baby bed available but bed linen not provided. High chair available. Underfloor heating included.
The Holiday cottage opens onto a private 25 m² terrace and a 200 m² garden with garden furniture, swing and plancha.
A cleaning deposit is required in addition to the damage deposit.
The property extends over approximately 1 hectare of meadows, bordered by ancient trees.
