Welcome to the GOITIAYA Holiday cottage: this former hayloft has been converted into a spacious holiday cottage combining charm and authenticity, preserved beams and stonework, quality services and contemporary decor.
Ideal for holidays with family or friends, this gîte sleeps 12 in a peaceful setting, 7 km from Saint-Palais (all shops, restaurants, Cinema, markets, medical services, Basque pelota).
4 ponies on site will delight your Kids. For sports enthusiasts, a 100 m2 air-conditioned Sports hall is at your disposal, with professional equipment and the possibility of a sports coach or yoga class.
Everything you need to travel light is provided: DRAPS, TOILET AND HOUSE CLEANING CLOTHES and baby equipment.
For your comfort, HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING COSTS ARE INCLUDED.
The Holiday cottage is on one level (3 bedrooms have 1 step down from the living room).
- Large living room of over 100 m2, including a warm and friendly lounge area (large-screen TV, WIFI connection),
- Fully-equipped kitchen (American fridge, microwave, induction hob, large electric oven, dishwasher) and dining area,
- 4 double bedrooms with king-size beds (180 x 200cm) that can be separated into 2 x 90 x 200cm beds to suit your needs.
- 1 bedroom with 2 x 2 90x200 Bunk beds
- 1 bathroom with double shower, 2 basins, 1 toilet
- 1 bathroom with bath, 3 basins, 1 toilet
- 1 storeroom (washing machine, tumble dryer)
Enclosed grounds, parking (electric gate), garden furniture, arbour, barbecue. Table tennis.
Electricity terminal on site (vehicle recharging charges billed according to consumption). Fiber-optic Internet access.
Detached Holiday cottage on the first floor at the rear of the owners' house, with independent access.
Please bring your own shoes and towels for sports activities in the hall (not supplied).

Un super séjour entre amis. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Barbara (et sa petite famille). Le gîte est propre, spacieux, et dans un environnement calme et magnifique. Les enfants ont pu profiter pleinement du grand jardin et des jeux d'extérieur! A refaire!

Notre séjour familial restera un souvenir exceptionnel pour tous les dix :le confort haut de gamme dans un espace qui permet aux petits de se dépenser sans compter et de partager des jeux avec les enfants de Barbara et Loïc. Une très belle expérience donc au près de personnes que l'on aurait envie de connaitre davantage tant leur accueil nous laisse un souvenir de "reviens-y" !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au gîte goitiya. L'accueil, le gîte est superbe, calme, très bien équipé. Le gîte est apaisant et très bien situé pour des visites au pays basque et pour des courses.
