Holiday cottage du Luy takes its name from the stream that runs alongside this 7,000 m2 property in a natural zone. Below the village, on the road leading to the village of Arzacq, the site is easily accessible (airport and freeway) with Pau 30 km away, the ocean and the Pyrenees an hour away.
Restored old stone barn, with stone walls and beams, comfortable, modern and bright. Personalized welcome.
First floor: fully-equipped kitchen opening onto terrace (induction hob, oven and microwave, washing machine-dryer, dishwasher).
Living room opening onto south-facing veranda (TV, pool table).
1 bedroom (1 bed 160 which can be converted into 2 beds 80 x 200) with en-suite bathroom (Italian shower, washbasin and toilet). 1 separate toilet with washbasin.
1st floor: 1 bedroom with private bathroom (1 bed 140) + 2 bedrooms with private bathroom (2 beds160 convertible into 4 beds 80). Shower, washbasin and toilet in each room.
CLEANING SERVICE 100 EUROS TO BE PAID ON ARRIVAL.
Beds made on arrival. Towels for hire. Breakfast and meals available on request.

THFCGAVS BIRTHDAY SURPRISE
The House was Perfect we Had Eight People Staying and there was Loads of Room , The Facilities are Excellent at the House the Rooms Spacious and The Bathrooms were Great with Walk in showers All The Fittings in the House were of a Very High Standard . I Could Not of Picked a Better House for us All to Stay in . The Garden was Huge with a Pétanque Court at the Bottom .The Village was very Close and well Serviced by a Boulangerie , Pharmacy , Shop and Pizzeria Pau was 1/2 Hour away and Lourdes 1.5 hours away so Plenty of Tourist Attractions with in Easy Reach and the Pyrenees Mountains are Stunning .

Mathias Très bon gite... !
Gîte très agréable et de qualité, bien équipé et bien situé pour notre escapade.
L'accueil par l'hôte était bien agréable.
L'intérieur comme les extérieurs sont bien entretenus et propres.
La literie est de qualité et nous avons bien dormi. L'endroit est calme même en étant proche de la route (cela reste une route de campagne ;o).
Seul petite remarque, je trouve le prix du ménage un peu cher pour un court séjour... mais je recommande ce gîte pour ces qualités.- Cleanliness

C'est bien un forfait, et non au prorata !!
La propreté est une priorité, ce qui contribue à la très bonne réputation du gite.
Il faut savoir ce que l'on veut ...moi je le sais !

Nous avons été bien reçu le gîte est propre des salles de bain et toilettes dans chaque chambre, un petit coin jeux pour s'amuser en extérieur bien équipé nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Sandy Tout est parfait
Excellent,
Tout à été parfait.
Une famille de 4 personnes + 2 autres couples .
Total de 8 personnes et avec les 4 chambres chacun ses sanitaires et sa sdb.On reconnaît la passion mise et l'attention apportée aux détails (tous les matériaux sont de qualité).
Pour l'extérieur là encore de belles surprises , la cuisine extérieure nous permet d'alterner entre plancha (format XL pour 8 c'est parfait) et barbecue.
Le terrain est très grandavec un accès à la rivière qui permet de se rafraîchir.
Pour terminer le terrain de pétanque (avec les vraies dimensions officielles et pas uniquement une allée de cailloux comme on peut le retrouver dans d'autres locations).
Tout était parfait.
La seule chose qui pourrait être une amélioration (mais c est un peu chipoter pour pas grand chose) c est d'avoir un éclairage du terrain de pétanque pour y jouer à la tombée de la nuit).Concernant l'hôte : Merci Marc pour votre accueil et votre gîte.
Merci également pour la visite de votre ferme.Bref, que vous soyez 2 ou 8 le gîte est parfait et très bien équipé (la climatisation nous a aidé à supporter les nuits chaudes de cet été, le lave vaisselle nous a épargner des heures devant l'évier)
A noter également l emplacement.
Endroit très calme et pourtant proches des commodités (boulangerie, pizzeria, supérette,médecin, pharmacie) , à peine 400m.- Cleanliness
