The gîte is located on a working farm (opportunity to visit the farm animals).
First floor: entrance hall with garden furniture. Storeroom (freezer).
1st floor: equipped kitchen area (microwave, fridge-freezer), living room, sitting area, wc.
2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (2 beds 90. 1 bed 140), bathroom (bath, shower)/WC.
Gas-fired central heating available at extra cost. Sheets and linen available for hire. Internet access.

Pour un séjour en arrière saison. Gite agréable, sur 3 niveaux, un peu sombre (mais l'éclairage est au niveau). Équipement sobre mais tout-à-fait suffisant. Proche de la N10 et de l'A63, qui génèrent un léger bruit de fond. Proche de Saint-Jean de Luz et Hendaye, mais la circulation est souvent chargée sur les quelques axes disponibles.
L'emplacement pour le salon de jardin manque d'intimité

Esteban très sympa
Séjour très sympa, une belle région a visiter. La propriétaire était très gentille et accueillante. je ne dirais qu'une chose: à refaire. Le gite est stratégiquement bien placé, l'Espagne, les plages à proximité, les animations et fêtes de l'été. Les habitants sont sympathiques.
