GARATEKOBORDA is a detached Holiday cottage, renovated in 2021, 3km from the village of St Martin d'Arberoue and 14km from Hasparren. The gîte is set on a hill with a beautiful view over the Arberoue valley.
Arranged over 2 levels, it comprises: Ground floor: - kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, built-in filter coffee maker) - spacious living room with sitting area (stereo) and sitting area (fireplace/wood-burning stove) - veranda - small shower room/wc First floor:
- 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and en-suite shower room - 2 bedrooms with 1 x 160cm bed each - 1 bedroom with 2 x 90cm beds - bathroom - wc EVERYTHING IS INCLUSIVE, no extra charge: beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided, heating included and end-of-stay cleaning included.
