Gîte on one level, at the rear of the owner's character house, not overlooked.
House located in a quiet area 2 km from Espelette town, at the end of a dead-end road, close to forests and offering a privileged view of the mountains.
Equipped kitchenette (fridge-freezer, microwave, induction hob), living room, lounge, 1 small bedroom (1 double bed), 1 large bedroom (1 double bed), shower room/wc.
Electric heating included. Bed linen and towels provided. WIFI connection.
Parking. Unenclosed private garden, private terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs.
Warm atmosphere and tasteful decoration. Gîte sleeps 3/4 (on request).

Sylvie 05 Sérénité à Espelette
Gîte idéalement situé à quelques minutes d’Espelette en voiture ou à 20 minutes à pied. Au bout d’une impasse ,le calme est garanti.Spacieux et confortable sans vis à vis il favorise le lâcher prise….La propriétaire est discrète mais disponible, d’un contact attentif.

nous deux séjour reposant
3ème séjour dans ce gîte, proche de tout. Calme assuré, sans vis à vis. tout est fonctionnel, il ne manque rien. Marie-Jo est très sympathique. Merci pour la petite attention à notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons.

2-sévres Très bon séjour
Un logement propre, agréable, avec une vue sur les montagnes.a 30 minutes de St jean de Luz, Biarritz et la frontière d'Espagne, puis de St jean pied port. Puis un village touristique et magnifique "Espelette" à voir et à visiter pour profitez des produits locaux. Bref,très belle accueil chaleureux de la part de la propriétaire. Le point négatif se serait la salle de bain... Qui faut ouvrir la porte après une douche pour ventiler l'humidité car il y a une ventilation qui ne fonctionne pas complètement.
