Beutelteufel Ganz nah am Strand, aber zu laut.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah am sehr schönen Strand. Optimale Badebedingungen. Leider ist die Straße, die eine Fußgängerzone ist, extrem laut. Jeden Abend erklingt aus derselben Kneipe laute Musik mit ebenso lauten Gästen bis 2 Uhr morgens. Ab 6 Uhr morgens geht es dann weiter mit Müllabfuhr, Straßenreinigung etc. Am Mittag riecht die Wohnung, die kalt, dunkel und renovierungsbedürftig ist, nach dem, was in den zahlreichen Restaurants der Straße angeboten wird. Immerhin ist bis auf die Heizung alles funktionstüchtig. Die Küche ist recht gut ausgestattet und das Bett ist sehr bequem und groß. Insgesamt ist der Ort zwar sehr hübsch, mit zahlreichen guten Restaurants, aber extrem überlaufen, auch noch in der Nachsaison.

Nous vous remercions pour ce partage d'expérience mais il est bien stipulé sur le descriptif que ce bel appartement est aménagé au 1er étage de la maison la plus ancienne de St Jean de Luz, au cœur de la rue de la République (rue piétonne avec nombreux restaurants). Le Service Qualité 64

Appartement agréable et très bien situé pour la plage et les commerces.
un bon équipement vaisselle pour cuisiner, assez spacieux aussi.
Pratique avec le coffre à clés.
