First floor: 3 bedrooms (2 x 160cm beds, 2 x 90cm beds), 2 with en-suite bathrooms. Shower room, wc.
Electric heating (heat pump) included.
Beds made on arrival, linen and towels included.
Holiday cottage ideally located near the village of St Pée-sur-Nivelle, shops, restaurants and 5.1km from the lake (pedal boats, swimming, canoeing...).

DG Super vacances au calme
3 semaines passées au calme, ou tout peut se faire à pied pour les courses avec un boulanger; une pizzeria et un restaurant à quelques mètres.
La propriétaire au petits soins, merci entre autre pour les légumes du jardin.
L'emplacement idéal pour aller en Espagne, Espelette, St Jean de Luz, Bayonne etc...
Tout prêt de la mer d'un coté et du lac de St Péé de l'autre.
Bref location top, emplacement idéal et propriétaires attentionnés.

Propriétaire très accueillante et sympathique. Le gîte est très bien équipé et à proximité de beaucoup de lieux touristiques, tels que Espelette, le train de le Rhune, St Jean de Luz .
