Nous vous remercions pour ce partage d'expérience, nous sommes surpris par votre commentaire, ce gite bénéficie d'excellents avis. Il est regrettable de ne pas avoir contacter la propriétaire pour lui signaler les manquements sur la propreté, sa mandataire est très disponible et réactive aux demandes des clients . Le service qualité 64
Bonjour, nous sommes au regret de lire votre avis, et très surpris par votre commentaire compte tenu que lorsque vous êtes arrivés à 13h, nous vous avons gentiment conseillé d'aller faire un tour à la fête du village d'Ainhoa, afin que l'on puisse finaliser le ménage; vous avez pris le gîte vers 16h et la totalité du ménage avait été fait, l'odeur devait certainement être celle des produits ménagers. Nos autres hôtes ont parfaitement apprécié notre gite les annotations l'attestent.
