Nestled in the heart of the Jurançon AOC vineyards, the Escale en Pyrénées holiday cottage is a traditional farmhouse typical of the region, fully renovated and offering views of the mountains.
This charming property has been carefully restored to preserve its historic character (exposed beams and stonework) while combining modern comforts with contemporary decor.
A detached house near a wooded area, located on a quiet road 2 km from the village, where you’ll find all the amenities you need (Pharmacy, medical center, shops, Restaurants).
Ground floor:
- Fully equipped kitchen (3-burner induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher).
- Living room, sitting area (TV, foosball table, CD radio). 1 bedroom (1 140-cm bed). Bathroom, toilet. Pantry (washing machine).
Upstairs:
- 3 bedrooms (2 160-cm beds, 1 140-cm bed). 1 office/gaming room. Bathroom/toilet.
Beds made on arrival.
Heating via a pellet stove (additional charge) for the kitchen and living room; electric heating in the bedrooms and bathrooms (additional charge based on meter reading).
Courtyard, wooden deck, patio furniture, barbecue. Car parking. Unfenced property bordering the road and sloping down toward a grove at the back.
Available for your use: pétanque court and ping-pong table
Conveniently located between Pau and Oloron (20 min), you can easily set out to explore the Béarn region, where life is good.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce gîte spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. L’endroit est idéal pour se reposer et explorer les villes et villages béarnais ainsi que les montagnes. L’accueil de la propriétaire est très cordial. La vue très étendue des Pyrénées qui se dressent au-dessus des terres luxuriantes est magnifique. Nous espérons y revenir.

Sonsu Una casa muy acogedora
La casa es grande, con encanto y con todo lo necesario. Los espacios son cómodos y las habitaciones muy grandes.
El único inconveniente era la humedad del ambiente. Pero gracias al aparato antihumedad mejoraba bastante.

Laurence Très bon séjour
Séjour très agréable, accueil vraiment chaleureux avec beaucoup d'explications sur les activités.
Beaucoup d'espace dans le logement, babyfoot, pièce pour les enfants avec jeux.
Comme le séjour était pluvieux, nous avons pu vraiment apprécier toutes ces attentions ;-)

Nicole Tres belle maison bearnaise spacieuse
On se sent merveilleusement bien dans cette maison bearnaise amenagee avec gout en particilier les decorations de Noel
Elle est tres bien situee face au pyrennes. Grand salon spacieux avec babyfoot (sympa pour des parties en famille).
Notre sejour a ete fort agreable malgre le temps maussade
