EMEKI: an all-inclusive vacation cottage for families and friends, with shared Piscine and panoramic mountain views

EMEKI is a holiday cottage located in a semi-detached house next to the owner’s home, with no direct neighbors, on the hills above the village of Roquiague, 12.5 km from Mauléon.
The holiday cottage is located on an active farm.
The property was renovated in 2026.
The house is spread over two levels and includes:
On the ground floor:
- a fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine) with a living area
- a large living room with a TV
- 1 bedroom with 1 140-bed, private bathroom/toilet
- 1 bedroom with 1 140-bed, private bathroom
- a pantry
- a toilet
Upstairs:
- 2 bedrooms, each with 1 140-bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 90-bed beds
- a bathroom
- a toilet
The beds are made upon your arrival; towels and linens are included.
For your comfort, electric and Oil heating are included, as well as housekeeping.
Wi-Fi internet access is available.
Outside, you’ll find a spacious terrace with patio furniture and a barbecue, offering a beautiful view of the Soule mountains and the village, as well as a private garden.
The owners’ Piscine and Spa are open and accessible from June 15 to September 15, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

The EMEKI holiday cottage is ideally located for exploring the interior of the Basque Country, particularly the province of Soule, which offers breathtaking landscapes. Hiking trails are nearby. The Holtzarte Gorges are 30 km away, and the Iraty Forest is 45 km away.
When you return from your walks, you’ll appreciate the peaceful atmosphere of the place and the panoramic view.
