EMEKI is a Holiday cottage in a semi-detached house on the outskirts of the village of Roquiague, 12.5km from Mauléon. The cottage is located on a working farm and was renovated in 2026.
The house is arranged over 2 levels and comprises: Ground floor: - fitted kitchen (induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine) with living room - large lounge with TV - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, private shower room/wc - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, private shower room - storeroom - wc First floor:
- 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140 each - 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 - a shower room - a wc Beds made on arrival, towels and household linen included.
For your comfort, electric and oil heating are included, as well as housekeeping. A Wi-Fi Internet connection is at your disposal. Outside, you'll enjoy a spacious terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, offering a beautiful view of the Soulet mountains and the village, as well as a private garden. The owners' heated swimming pool and Spa are open and accessible from June 15 to September 15, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Private parking in the courtyard of the house, garage. The EMEKI Holiday cottage is ideally located for exploring the interior of the Basque Country, and in particular the province of Soule, which offers breathtaking scenery. Hiking trails are nearby. The Gorges d'Holtzarte are 30km away, and the Forest d'Iraty 45km. On your return from your walks, you'll appreciate the soothing atmosphere and panoramic views. A relaxing massage is available on site, upon reservation with the owner. Tours of the farm are available on request.
