4 km from the City of Oloron-Ste-Marie, crossroads of the Béarnais valleys of Aspe and Baretous, holiday cottage with shared pool, in the heart of the village. Close to the Jurançon Vineyards and Pyrenean rivers (Fishing).

Spacious Holiday cottage, adjoining the owner's home, with shared swimming pool (unheated, 8 x 4 m, salt water treatment, depth 1.10 m to 1.40 m).
You can enjoy swimming until 7:00 pm and relax after your walks (June to September, weather permitting).
Sylvie, your host, shares her garden with you. As the exterior is shared, everyone's privacy will be respected, so that we can live well together.
You'll need to keep an eye on your small pet, as the land is fenced off from neighbors, but shared with Sylvie, who has a cat.
Holiday cottage on first floor and first floor, with views of the Pyrenees: you're close to Oloron (4 km), at the start of the Béarn valleys of Aspe and Baretous.

First floor:
- Equipped kitchenette (gas stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine). No dishwasher.
- Dining room (wood-burning fireplace, TV) with French window (2 steps to climb) opening onto south-facing garden, facing the mountains.
- Living room (TV, wood-burning insert). WIFI internet connection (fiber - box at owner's Semi-detached house).
- 1 separate wc
First floor:
- 1 bedroom (1 bed 140) communicating with 1 small bedroom (1 bed 90)

- Bathroom/wc
Beds made on arrival, towels included. Heating package 7 € / day. Cleaning charge 50 euros.
Private terrace with garden furniture and small barbecue, parasol, deckchairs. Piscine secured by roller shutter and gate.
The entrance to the house is on the village street, near the church. A private enclosed parking lot is just opposite, shared with the owner.
The owner works on Saturdays: she prefers to rent from SUNDAY TO SUNDAY. Please contact us for other arrival days.
