Restored former barn, where the charm of beams and stone blend together. Swimming pool 11 x 5 m, shared with the owner who lives next door (unheated, chlorine treatment).
First floor: Kitchenette (electric oven and microwave, 3 gas hobs and 1 electric, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher)
living room (102 cm TV, fireplace/insert, unlimited WIFI Internet connection).
Bathroom (shower and bath), wc. 1 bedroom (1 bed 140).
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90), wc. Beds made on arrival included, linen hire and cleaning option available.
Pleasant covered terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Parking on the property.
Enclosed grounds opening onto a playground and the Gave (river) with banks for quiet walks and fishing.
Electric heating (meter readings taken) and wood at extra cost.

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par notre hôte, qui a mis à notre disposition un gîte très confortable, avec toutes les commodités a l'intérieur pour passer un très bon séjour. Une grande piscine très agréable également. Un endroit calme et facile d'accès. Le propriétaire est disponible et a l'écoute pour toutes demandes. Nous recommandons ce gîte et cette région qui nous a charmée.

Paco49 Un séjour parfait
Gite tès bien situé, facile d'accès,à l'écart de Pau mais pas trop, au calme. Une maison agréable, bien agencée, bien équipée, restant fraiche malgré le début de la canicule. Une piscine de belle taille très appréciée au retour des ballades. Un accueil super agréable, un propriétaire à l'écoute à la bonne humeur communicative et sachant vous indiquer de bon endrroit de visite. On reviendra, c'est sûr.

Pour la seconde fois nous sommes venus passer Noël à Laroin.

Raym A delightful 2 week stay
My wife and I had a lovely stay in the Pau region. Clean and functional Gite with a very kind and welcoming owner. Very close to shops and supermarkets and a nice lake walk with cafe. The were lots of mosquito's - so take cream/spray. Lovely base to explore the regions attractions. Would recommend.

Nous étions dans ce gîte dans le but de nous détendre au maximum... visiter un peu, à moins de 15 min de Pau nous n'avons pas été déçus.
