Ground-floor Holiday cottage in a detached house close to the owners' farm and other Holiday cottages, 3.8km from Ascarat, 5.2km from St Jean-Pied-de-Port and 6km from St Etienne-de-Baigorry. Garage in basement reserved for owners.
Holiday cottage comprises: - living room with fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, Senseo), lounge - 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed - 1 bedroom with 2 x 120cm beds - shower room (washing machine) - wc. Oil-fired central heating included. Possibility of renting sheets and towels. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Enclosed grounds. Holiday cottage on a working farm, with sale of farm produce.

Retraités33 Semaine au Pays Basque
Séjour très agréable dans le gîte confortable, propre et bien équipé. Il ne manque rien. Les propriétaires nous ont accueillis très gentiment avec une aimable attention de bienvenue. La petite maison est située au milieu de leur grande ferme, un peu à l'écart et au calme sur les hauteurs et près du centre de Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port (10 minutes en voiture). Nous reviendrons une prochaine fois sans hésiter.

Propriétaire très sympathique et agréable, à l'écoute des besoins, nous sommes arrivés en avance par rapport à l'heure prévue au contrat mais nous avons quand même eu accès au gîte, avec en petit cadeau des produits artisanaux provenant directement de la fabrication des propriétaires.
Maison très chaleureuse et propre ànotre arrivée, literie confortable et propre.

Super gîte, très propre et confortable. Accueil très chaleureux de la sympathique famille Erramoun, agriculteurs passionnés fabricants de bons produits. Très belle région avec les montagnes et l'océan à proximité. Nous reviendrons !
