New Chalet, built in 2024, all wood, south-facing, unobstructed view of the Countryside. Air-conditioned Holiday cottage.
Functional layout. Nicely decorated, cocooning interior. First floor layout.

- Sitting area (TV)
- 2 bedrooms (2 x 160cm beds)
- Bathroom with shower. Separate WC. Laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer).
Unenclosed grounds 1700 m2 - Small pets are welcome. Deposit 40 euros/pet, preferably small.
Terrace 30 m2 - Garden furniture - Electric plancha. Private uncovered parking (wooden carport reserved for owner).
Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided, REVERSIBLE AIR CONDITIONING HEATING INCLUDED. WIFI box 5 G internet connection.
1st wood fire offered. Housekeeping option available at extra cost.
1 hour from the beaches of the Basque coast (Biarritz/Saint-Jean-de-Luz), Landes coast (Hossegor, Capbreton) and 1 hour from the Pyrenees.
City of Orthez 5 minutes away - Salies de Béarn spa 15 km (20 minutes). Navarrenx classified as one of France's most beautiful villages 20 km.
