The Capdevielle Holiday cottage is an old barn restored to its former glory, with its stonework and beams preserved.
It offers spacious accommodation for 9 to 10 people. The barn adjoins the owners' home. Independent access for each.
On the heights of the village, you benefit from a beautiful view, in a natural and green setting.
Private, fenced, HEATED POOL (10 m x 5 m, 0.60 to 2.20 m deep). Salt water. Open from May to September, weather permitting.
First floor:
- Entrance via 4 steps down from terrace
- Fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine.
- Dining room, lounge area: WIFI Fiber internet connection. Connected TV, wood-burning stove, mini CD player.
No toilet on the first floor, but a spare toilet near the Piscine.
First floor:
- 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200). 2 bedrooms (2 beds 140x190). Complete baby equipment.
- 1 Kids dormitory room (3 beds 90x190). Possibility of adding a 4th bed 90 on request in this room.
- 1 bathroom/wc and 1 shower room/wc.
Beds made up, Bathroom linen provided. Electric heating extra. Wood for stove extra.
Unenclosed garden 750 m2. East-facing terrace protected by awning, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, parasols. Trampoline, slide, board games.
Pets allowed. The property is not fenced throughout, so please keep an eye on it.
