Your air-conditioned gîte is on the front of the house.
It features a private sheltered terrace with garden furniture, a shared courtyard with the other gîte, a barbecue and parking.
Living room (TV with Canal Satellite subscription, free WIFI Internet connection, sofa bed).
Fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer).
Bathroom (Italian shower, washbasin). Separate WC.
