The Bordaberria gîte is an old mountain borde (sheepfold), completely refurbished in beautiful materials.
Located away from the village (1.3 km), it overlooks the La Nive des Aldudes river (Banca trout, farmed 500 meters away).
The Aldudes Valley is full of hiking, natural and unspoiled landscapes, for lovers of mountain recreation or beautiful panoramas.
Independent house with living room upstairs: access by the stairs from the car park or by the access ramp on the terrace side.
FLOOR: Equipped kitchen (induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher). Cellar (washing machine).
Living room, lounge area (convertible sofa, 1 bed 90, TV, Hifi system). Shower room, wc.
GROUND FLOOR (single access via the internal staircase): 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 1 bed 140), sleeping area (1 bed 90). Bathroom / WC.
Beds made for your arrival, towels provided included.
South-facing terrace, garden furniture, plancha, sun loungers.
Wooded property of several hectares not closed, secure slopes (fence). The path from this dead end leads to 1 other house.

Superbe gîte dans une superbe région.
5/5Si vous recherchez le calme, le bruit de l’eau et le chant des oiseaux, ce gite est fait pour vous.
L’accueil, l’équipement de ce gite sont exceptionnels.

Vacances d'automne
5/5Un séjour très agréable, dans une maison chaleureuse et pleine de vie, entourée de la nature, un endroit calme et reposant .La décoration, l'agencement de la maison nous faisait nous sentir bien, comme si nous étions chez nous. Merci à la propriétaire de ce lieu ,pour son bel accueil et sa joie de vivre. Nous recommandons ce gîte !!!
