The Holiday cottage Bordaberria is an old Mountain borde (sheepfold), completely refurbished with beautiful materials.
Set back from the village (1.3 km), it overlooks the river La Nive des Aldudes (Banca trout farm, 500 m away).
The Aldudes valley abounds in Hiking trails and unspoilt natural landscapes, for lovers of mountain leisure activities and beautiful panoramic views.
Detached house with living room on first floor: access via staircase from parking lot or via ramp on terrace side.
FLOOR: Fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher). Storeroom (washing machine).
Living room (sofa bed, 1 bed 90, TV, stereo). Shower room, wc.
GROUND FLOOR (single access via interior staircase): 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 1 bed 140), sleeping area (1 bed 90). Bathroom/WC.
Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided.
South-facing terrace, garden furniture, plancha, sun loungers.
Unenclosed wooded property of several hectares, secured slopes (wire fencing). Dead-end road leads to 1 other house.

    Gîte tout confort

    Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Christelle qui est aux petits soins et très investie. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous . Le gîte est très bien équipé, dans un cadre calme. Tout est pensé pour passer un séjour agréable et reposant. Banca est un endroit idéal pour profiter pleinement de la région (gastronomie, randonnée ...)

    À recommander !

    Excellent gîte, tout est de très bonne qualité et il est bien équipé. Le bruit de la rivière accompagne le séjour avec ravissement et la vallée des aldudes est magnifique. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins sans être envahissantes. Un séjour parfait !

    Séjour excellent. Un grand merci à notre hôtesse pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.
    Le gîte est exceptionnel, spacieux,très soigné, construit avec de beaux matériaux, tout en respectant l'âme des vieilles pierres. Dans le gîte il y a aussi de gentilles attentions avec de quoi dépanner: café,thé, tisanes et produits de ménage, en plus du linge de maison. Nous avions l'impression d'être reçus chez des amis. Un grand bravo à cette gentille famille, et encore merci de nous avoir permis de faire toutes ces belles rando dans votre magnifique région.
