Holiday cottage on the first floor of the owners' house, in an area away from the village, on a working farm.
Independent access from the back of the house, via an outside staircase.
The apartment comprises :
- a living room with fully-equipped kitchenette (fridge-freezer, microwave, maxi oven, washing machine), dining area and sitting area
- 3 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140cm)
- bathroom

Heating included. Beds made on arrival.
Large private covered terrace adjoining the Holiday cottage with plancha and garden furniture.
Parking, shared courtyard.
Minimum weekly rental.
Ustaritz 2km with shops, services and public transport. Bayonne 13km away. The Holiday cottage is ideally located for exploring the Basque coast and hinterland.

Un gîte bien placé pour partir à la découverte des meilleurs spots du pays basque. Gîte bien équipée avec une très belle terrasse couverte pour profiter de l’extérieur même par forte chaleur. Des propriétaires accueillants et discrets. Belle découverte !

GÎte confortable et agréable; la terrasse couverte est un plus et les proprietaires sont accueillants et sypatiques.
Bien placé, vous avez le choix entre ocèan et montagne; une gare dessert Bayonne, St Jean de Luz, Hendaye, ce qui permet d'éviter de prendre la voiture.

Vérojak17 Calme et chaleureux
Après un accueil chaleureux, nous avons découvert notre gîte spacieux, très bien équipé, calme et bien propre. Sa situation géographique est aussi un atout.
Nous avons passé de très bons moments et pu nous "évader".
Lorsque nos pas nous redirigeront vers le Pays Basque, nous retournerons dans ce gîte, les yeux fermés.

Séjour très agréable, le gîte est parfait, très clair et calme, les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses.
Les propriétaires sont des gens charmants qui nous ont très bien accueillis et fait connaître la culture du piment d'Espelette. Nous pensons y retourner dans 2 ans.
