Attractive detached house in a quiet area of Beyrie-sur-Joyeuse, close to the owner's house.
First floor: fitted kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher) with dining area and adjoining pantry (washing machine), living room with fireplace/insert, TV, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room (shower, basin), wc, storage room.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (3 x 140 beds), 2 with access to the terrace, shower room, wc.
Sheets and towels available for hire at extra cost (EXCEPT CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR HOLIDAYS).
Electric heating extra. Wood at extra cost (1st fire free of charge).
Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, parking. Boules pitch.
The gîte is close to the Joyeuse river (swimming, waterfalls...).

Taupe 15 SEMAINE BASQUE
Séjour au pays basque toujours aussi agréable. Gîte spacieux bien agencé. Propriétaires très sympathiques. Seul bémol beaucoup de moustiques peut-être investir dans des moustiquaires pour fenêtres, et pour le barbecue manquait du bois et ustensiles tant pour le feu que pour la viande. Sinon environnement calme à part un peu les chiens du voisin qui aboyaient assez souvent.
