Fully-renovated 6/8-person detached house in the quiet hamlet of Jouers, 2 km above the village of Accous.

First floor: bright living room opening onto east-facing garden.
- Kitchenette (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, induction, electric oven), dining area.
- Sitting area (wood-burning stove, TV, WIFI Internet connection, hi-fi system).
1st floor:
- Garden-level landing opening onto north-facing terrace, pleasant in summer (Barbecue, garden furniture, unenclosed sloping garden).
- 1 separate WC. 1 shower room (shower, 1 washbasin, 1 washing machine).
- 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 1 bed 140). Cot and high chair.
Floor 2: access by steep staircase with 1 ramp, with alternating steps (Japanese steps).

Beds made up on arrival, towels provided. Electric and wood heating extra. Weekends 3 nights minimum except in summer.
Private parking for 1 vehicle. Access to the garden is either from the 1st floor of the gîte, or via the outside stone staircase from the parking lot.
The garden is not enclosed, so please keep an eye on your small pet.
The gîte has only one toilet and one bathroom (on the 1st floor), but we accept 8 people if you can manage it.
