Your bed and breakfast has been completely renovated by your hosts Karine and Pierre, who have created 2 spacious 25 m2 guest rooms on the second floor. All inclusive of Karine's gourmet breakfasts! All products are homemade, including her delicious vanilla creams and homemade cakes such as brioche, financier and pancakes, as well as 3 types of jam.
The building has retained its old-world charm, with period parquet floors, stonework and old beams. The rooms are individually decorated and offer the comfort of king-size beds, private bathrooms, TV and wifi fiber internet connection (throughout the house). Library and board games available. Loan of 2 bicycles. Day room heated by the pleasant pellet stove. 2 to 3 minutes' walk from the house, you'll find the Thermal baths, the Golf, the Casino, restaurants, a tea room and a stroll through the historic village, farmers' market, salt museum. You can park easily, as numerous free parking lots surround the house. A few kilometers from the Basque country but firmly rooted in the Béarn region, Salies-de Béarn is a pretty city whose architecture is well worth a visit.
Known as the Venice of Béarn, the city is famous for its salt, its Thermal baths, its green spaces and its salt water spring. The Bed and breakfast Aux Rosiers is located in the center of the village, right next to the temple. As you stroll through the historical district, you'll be able to admire the pretty houses dating from the 17th and 18th centuries. Take your time to walk along the river Le Saley, which runs through the whole city, winding its way between the stilts of the half-timbered houses. Please do not smoke or eat in the rooms.
