Spacious outbuilding in the heart of a working farm: traditional goose farm.
On site: above-ground swimming pool 4 m x 6.80 m (1.20 m deep). Swing set.
Ground floor:
- Kitchenette opening onto terrace (microwave, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher).
- Living room (TV, internet box). Storeroom (washing machine), 1 shower room/wc.
Upstairs: 4 air-conditioned bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom (1 bed 160 - 1 bed 90) opening onto large balcony - 1 private shower
- 2 bedrooms (2 beds 140)
- 1 bedroom (2 beds 90, 1 clic-clac 120 - 1 crib).
- 1 bathroom (2 basins, 1 shower), 1 separate WC.
Electric heating downstairs, heat pump upstairs (reversible air-conditioning). Electricity charged in excess of 8 kwh.day included (based on meter reading).
Bed linen provided, possibility of renting towels. WIFI.
Cleaning fee payable on site directly to owner (compulsory for short stays).
Sheltered terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Enclosed grounds.
Introduction to goose confit and foie gras. Farm cottage.

Gite trés confortable. Grande piece de vie, cuisine superbement bien équipé, des chambres confortables et trés grandes, plusieurs salles de bain et toilettes, ce qui n'est pas négligeable quand nous sommes à autant de personne dans un lieu! Jean Claude et Yvette sont des proprietaires trés disponibles et bienveillants! Leur acceuil et leur gentillesse ont permis que notre sejour soit encore plus agréable! Guigui Séjour événement familial
Idéal pour notre événement familial, 10 personnes au gite et nous n avons pas ete a l etroit, les chambres sont spacieuses et les 3 salles de bain très appréciables
Cuisine bien équipée salon très spacieux ,barbecue extérieur mais abrité, piscine et coin salon de jardin .

spacious property, large garden, excellent above-ground swimming pool
owners are very welcoming
very well equipped kitchen (enough for 10 people). covered terrace excellent for eating outside.
300 geese on the farm at the back but not noisy
village with supermarket and boulangerie only 2 kms away
