Beautiful house located 4km from the listed village of SARE, on the heights with a breathtaking view of the mountains.
The Holiday cottage is on the first floor of a house with a 2nd cottage upstairs (G152256).
It comprises :
- a large dayroom with fully-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven), living room and sitting room
- 2 bedrooms, one with 1 x 160cm bed and the other with 1 x 140cm bed, with access to the balcony
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- shower room
- a toilet
- storeroom (washing machine)
Beds made on arrival. WIFI Internet connection. Cleaning products supplied.
Electric heating extra.
Large east-facing terrace with Mountain views, garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs.
Large sloping plot and shared courtyard. Parking space.
The house can be rented in its entirety for a large family or group of friends (maximum capacity 12 people).

Le gîte est spacieux et permet d’être au calme avec les plages à 30 min max.

Très beau gîte, confortable et spacieux, très bien équipé pour qu'on se sente comme chez soi.
Une vue exceptionnelle sur les hauteurs du pays basque. Ensoleillé du matin au soir, très grande terrasse où nous avons passé beaucoup de temps, même par temps pluvieux car couverte.
Le climat est agréable et les visites à proximité plein de choses y voir.
Proximité avec l'Espagne , à découvrir aussi...
