At the foot of the Rhune, in the historic village of Sare, stay in a spacious and comfortable holiday cottage housed in a Basque-style home that includes an adjoining semi-detached house reserved for the owner (rarely occupied).
Spanning two levels, the ANIOTZ-BEHEREA holiday cottage consists of:
On the ground floor:
- a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge-freezer, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, gas stove)
- a large living room with a sitting area
- a bathroom with shower and toilet
- a pantry
Upstairs:
- 2 bedrooms, each with one 140-cm bed
- 1 bedroom with two 90-cm beds
- a bathroom with shower
- 2 toilets
The beds are made on arrival. Oil-fired central heating is included.
Outside, you’ll enjoy several private areas: a terrace and a garden with outdoor furniture and a plancha grill at the back of the house, and a balcony overlooking the village of Sare.
Parking is available in the courtyard.
The village of Sare is 800m away. There you’ll find shops, restaurants, and entertainment during the summer season.
The ANIOTZ-BEHEREA holiday cottage is located 14km from the beaches of St. Jean-de-Luz.

MONO le meilleur gîte du Pays Basque
Très bon accueil des propriétaires qui nous ont gâtés par des confitures et un excellent flan.
Une superbe maison basque, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, très confortable où il ne manque rien.
Tout est parfait pour passer d'excellentes vacances.
Belle vue sur SARE et les sommets environnants.

Raitiere Belle et grande maison
Grande maison familiale avec trois grandes chambres deux salles de bain une vue et une tranquillité incomparable.
Très bien entretenue proprietaires très gentils et de bons conseils! Les pierres de la maison nous ont protège du soleil de plomb. Bien placée a sare permet de rayonner dans tout le pays basque y compris espagnol.- Cleanliness

HSCMAJ Superbe maison typique du Pays Basque
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au gîte ANIOTZ-BEHEREA. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires, à grand renfort de confitures et de flan au caramel maison (délicieux).
Le gîte est spacieux, rénové dans l'esprit de l'ancien, parfait pour une famille de 6 personnes, avec une vue magnifique sur le village de Sare et les montagnes environnantes.
