- Dining area and living room (wood-burning stove, TV with Canal+ Intégrale Cinema, Sport, etc.)
- 1 pantry (with washer and dryer). 1 half-bath.
- 1 wheelchair-accessible bedroom (1 160-bed) with private bathroom (walk-in shower, sink, and toilet) and TV.
1st floor:
- 2 bedrooms (1 160-bed, 2 90-beds), each with a TV and private bathroom (shower or bathtub, sink, toilet).
2nd floor:
- 2 bedrooms (1 160-bed, 2 90-beds), each with a TV and private bathroom (shower or bathtub, sink, toilet).
Floor above the living room: 1 bedroom (1 160-bed)/private bathroom and terrace with a view of the Adour River.
Piscine secured by an electric cover, enclosed garden, covered terrace, patio furniture, griddle, and sun loungers.
Maintenance every 2–3 days by a pool technician (schedules to be confirmed by the owners) and weekly garden maintenance. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE PISCINE.
Gas heating included. First load of firewood for the kitchen stove is provided free of charge.
BED LINEN RENTAL PACKAGE AND BATH TOWEL RENTAL AVAILABLE: please notify the owner in advance.
You will be asked to contribute to the CLEANING FEES upon arrival, to be paid on site.
Security deposit equal to the total cost of the stay. No parties or gatherings.
