In the middle of the vineyards, gîte adjoining the owners' house. Beautiful 1744 Béarnaise farmhouse, quiet with patio, in the countryside. Not overlooked.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven and microwave, gas hob, fridge-freezer). Living room, sitting area (fireplace/insert, TV, DVD player, WIFI). Laundry room (washing machine). Shower room. WC.
Floor: 4 bedrooms (2 x 140cm beds, 1 x 130cm bed, 2 x 90cm beds). Shower room. WC.
Electric heating extra. Extensive shaded grounds, pétanque area, portico, forest table, badminton, terrace, barbecue, plancha.
Shelter (equipment, table tennis, table soccer, tumble dryer).
