Gîte Bacchus. In the heart of the South-West, between Bordeaux, Toulouse and Bergerac, the organic Domaine de Ferrant welcomes you to an exceptional environment. Marie-Thérèse and Denis will share their passion for vines and wine with you. Close to Duras and its famous château (all shops), the villa des sarments gîte will seduce you with its modernity and high standard. Adjoining another gîte (6 people), it offers peace and privacy with its east-facing terrace, not overlooked. All on one level, it features an integrated kitchen, a living room with TV, a bedroom (2x90 or 1x180) with private shower room, and a bedroom adapted for people with reduced mobility (PMR) with private shower room and toilet. Separate WC. Air-conditioned gîte. Terrace with garden furniture and plancha. Common to both gîtes: heated, fenced saltwater swimming pool open from May to September, beach with sun loungers, parasols, fitness room with table soccer, shower and WC, bicycles available, floodlit bowling green, laundry room. Children's swing, trampoline, table tennis, table soccer. Private parking for each gîte. Housekeeping, sheets, towels and pool towels optional on request. Tourist tax payable. Discovery trail through vineyards and woods with picnic area. Numerous hiking trails all around. Fishing in the Dropt. Visit the winery and taste its organic products. Possibility of renting the 2 gîtes at preferential rates (total capacity: 10 people). To further enhance comfort, this gîte is now air-conditioned.
