The Holiday cottage "Un Air de Toscane"- A haven of peace between nature and authenticity, in the Pays de Serres. Between Bordeaux and Toulouse, just 25 minutes from Agen, "Un Air de Toscane" invites you to experience an enchanted interlude in the heart of a 2-hectare estate, typical of the Pays de Serres region. Nestled in a magnificent stone building, this vacation rental seduces with its authentic character, warm atmosphere and well-appointed amenities. Enjoy a bright kitchen and a terrace perfect for meals overlooking nature. On the first floor, you'll find a cosy living room with fireplace and TV with WiFi access, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen. Upstairs, an air-conditioned master suite with a double bed (160 cm) and en-suite bathroom (+ WC) guarantees a peaceful night's sleep. The other two bedrooms are equipped with two single beds (140 cm), each with its own bathroom and WC. The estate offers total immersion in nature: wooded paths, flower-filled meadows, and two natural lakes to explore. To the west, a lake perfect for no-kill fishing. To the east, a lovely waterfall to discover along a 1 km trail. Take a dip in the heated saltwater swimming pool (10 x 5 m), shared with two other Holiday cottages, open from June to September (weather permitting). Large beach (170 m²) and comfortable pool house (36 m²). Wellbeing area with Spa, sauna and fitness center (1st session free with weekly rentals).
