Flexible fishing gîte (2 to 6 people) except in July and August. In the heart of the Lot valley, between river and hills, and just a few meters from a beautiful 10-hectare lake, Ferme de Douzon welcomes you to its gîtes in an old stone and wood barn. The Soleil Levant gîte comprises on the ground floor a large living room with bay window, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 master bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), a bathroom (shower and bath) and separate WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (4 x 90cm beds). Outside: 2 terraces, 1 covered with garden furniture, 20 ha of unenclosed land and private swimming pool. Fishing lake: carp, pike-perch .... Canoes, mountain bikes and table tennis available. Tourist tax payable. Rental rates are for 2 people. It is subject to change according to the number of additional people. Tourist tax to be paid at the booking office.
