Farm cottage on the former farm. Accessible to people with reduced mobility (PMR), and therefore perfectly on one level, the gîte offers great comfort and spaciousness: large living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with flat-screen TV. Three spacious bedrooms (2x140 and 2x90), shower room and PMR toilet, laundry room. A terrace on the south-facing gable overlooks the garden with its gourmet orchard. Unenclosed private garden. A courtyard leads to the entrance of the house and the 2nd gîte. No obtrusive overlooking between the two buildings. The owner's house is nearby. Claude will share with you his passion for his country, his vineyards, his love of maintaining traditions and restoring old stones, and will be delighted to accompany you to the pond at the bottom of the gîte. If you like flowers, the rosebushes are sumptuous in spring. Claude's bees will be delighted to concoct a tasty honey for you from a variety of hedges. Internet access.
