Our charming dovecote is located near the Lot River and the greenway, in the heart of our 15-hectare family estate. You’ll discover the unspoiled beauty of this historic stone farmhouse and its dovecote, which has been restored with passion and care. Each living space retains its original character with vaulted ceilings and travertine floors. Cozy with its rugs, comfortable, and warm, we’ve blended tradition with modernity. Ideal for a couple, a small family, or a group of four friends. Le Pigeonnier offers a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a living room (with a sofa that converts into a double bed if needed), all on one level. Two large-screen TVs, a soundbar, a bright bedroom with a garden view (1x160) featuring a private shower and toilet, a second bedroom overlooking the garden with hydrangeas (1x160) featuring a private bathroom, and a separate toilet. A 45 m² semi-covered terrace with patio furniture, a barbecue/plancha, lounge chairs, and an outdoor kitchen. Private parking. Reversible air conditioning, radiators in the bedrooms.
