Our charming Pigeonnier is close to the Lot and the voie verte, in the heart of a 15-hectare family estate. You'll discover the unspoilt beauty of this old stone farmhouse and its Pigeonnier, restored with passion and care. Each of the living rooms retains its original character, with vaulted ceilings and travertine floors. Cosy with its carpets, comfortable and warm, we have combined tradition and modernity. Ideal for a couple, a small family or four friends. On the ground floor, Le Pigeonnier features a large, fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with sofa bed (convertible into a 2-person bed if required). 2 large-screen TVs, sound bar, a bright garden-view bedroom (1x160) with private shower room and toilet, a second hydrangea garden-view bedroom (1x160) with private bathroom, and a separate toilet. 45 m2 semi-covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue/plancha, deckchairs and summer kitchen.
