Located on the outskirts of Agen, between Bordeaux and Toulouse, Domaine de Carlabas welcomes you to a natural, rural setting. With its remarkable cedar trees, you'll fall under the spell of this authentic, peaceful setting. At the foot of the cliff, you'll discover its magic as you gradually climb the access path. The 19th-century manor house is discreet. The Holiday cottage has been converted from the estate's farm, out of sight, not far from the barn (restored for receptions). It offers a ground floor with 2 living rooms and 2 bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with sitting area and pinball machine, a living room with convivial dining area, and a sitting room. One bedroom (1x180x200 with two electric bedsprings) with en-suite shower/wc PMR, and one bedroom (160cm bed) with en-suite shower. Ground-floor toilet and linen room. Sheets and towels included, beds made. Housekeeping included. Covered terrace with garden furniture and gas plancha. Private, unfenced garden. Piscine shared with owners, open from May to September, 11x6m pool, 1m to 2m deep, with alarm and partial fencing, shower. Free Wifi. Tourist tax. A62 exit (junction 7), congress center, Canal du Midi (Voie Verte), Walygator/Aqualand park, Happy Forest adventure park 2 km away, train station and shops. Numerous Hiking trails around the Holiday cottage (GR 652 de Compostelle). Heating extra according to actual consumption.
