Unusual 3 épis Holiday cottage. Just a stone's throw from Agen, come and recharge your batteries at the magnificent Conté windmill, overlooking the Quercy plateau. These wings will tell you all about its history and that of the Clos de Conté, under the watchful eye of the nearby Château de Cauzac. Calm, rest and wide-open spaces are guaranteed. The mill will shelter you in calm weather or strong winds, in a world of heights. On 4 levels, you'll find the warmth of an all-wood, yet modern kitchen. Follow the stone staircase up to the shower room (wc), where stone and wood set the tone. Climb again to reach the cosy bedroom (1 x 140cm bed), where the view is breathtaking. Finally, the wooden staircase takes you up to the living room, where you can step over the bed tree and admire the mill's wooden framework. The top floor is equipped with reversible air conditioning. Garden furniture awaits you outside at sunrise or sunset (2500m² wooded grounds). Bed linen and towels provided. Tourist tax payable.
