Dalec Another delightful stay
It hard not to spot that we love this place, and have already booked our next visit in the summer. Definitely a place to escape the troubles of life and relax in bird song and solitude. I can not say how much we love it there and the owners are wonderful. (And no they didn’t tell me to say that!) :o)

jovemaan Ein Gîte mit viel Charme
Ein liebenswertes Gîte mit viel Charme und Atmosphäre, gelegen in einem lichten, weitläufigen Gelände. Da macht es Freude, einfach nur "zu sein". Nichts wirkt gestylt, alles ist natürlich anmutend und sehr gepflegt. Wer einen Hauch aus vergangenen Jahrhunderten spüren möchte, der mag dieses Gîte auf Anhieb, auch wenn manches um dieses Hauchs Willen etwas unpraktisch ist und darum einen kleinen Punktabzug beim Komfort gibt.

Carpe Diem Merveilleuse découverte
Incroyable gîte, merveilleusement entretenu !
Calme, espace (1 hectare !) pour nos 2 chiens.
Très bon accueil du propriétaire. Belle prestation !

Dalec Once more a lovely relaxing break
This was not our first visit, and it will not be our last!
The tranquility of Maigre Chere and the surrounding area, for us, is just what the doctor ordered. Sat on the veranda watching wood peckers, squirrels and a host of other wildlife is just lovely.I cannot wait to go back!
